A Recap On Enhypen's Sold-Out Shows In Singapore
If you don't already know, the K-pop boy band Enhypen was in Singapore and rocked the stage for two awesome nights over the weekend as part of their Fate world tour. The band started in Seoul in July 2023 and has traveled to Japan, the United States, and Taiwan. The members – Niki (18), Jungwon (19), Sunoo (20), Jay (21), Jake (21), Sunghoon (21), and Heeseung (22) – joined forces after winning on I-Land, a South Korean reality competition series in 2020. After releasing their debut album Border: Day One in the same year, the seven members quickly became one of the fastest-growing K-pop groups.

During the concert, Enhypen didn't just perform – they also connected with their fans. In a fun moment, a fan dared Niki to take on the slick back challenge and posted it on her TikTok account. Initially, Niki hesitated and suggested the fan try it instead. However, after some persistent pleas, he eventually gave in and took a small step to fulfil the fan's request. The fans also went wild when the band members left the stage to hang out with the crowd, singing their popular song 'Polaroid Love'.

At a certain point in the concert, the group switched into something light and cute, donning outfits that resembled South Korean school uniforms.

There were unexpected moments too, like when Jake and Jay teamed up for a stripped-down version of Justin Bieber’s 'Love Yourself'. This song held special meaning for Jake, who, growing up in Australia, had performed it during a 2019 audition to become a K-pop idol.

Fans also enjoyed many heartwarming moments and screamed even louder when the boys mentioned that Singapore had the loudest cheers they've ever heard.

Halfway through the concert, the group brought out six cute Pikachu mascots while performing 'One And Only', a lively collaboration with the Pokemon franchise, and the crowd went wild.

Later on during the show, Jake got so excited that he sprayed water into the crowd and onto the stage. Sunghoon quickly reminded him, "You're not supposed to do that." Jake responded and promised to clean up the mess. In no time, a few other members joined him, getting down on all fours with towels to dry the stage.

After nearly 3 hours, the concert finally came to an end. The fans, known as 'Engene' by the group, didn't want to leave the stadium. Enhypen took an ending and goodbye bow, promising they would come back for another concert one day.
